Payment Options

The Town of Culbertson offers a variety of convenient payment options for our residents. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.  We now have new payment options and billing options! 

Payment Online _{(BMS Pay by Nuvei)}

The Town of Culbertson offers the convenience of online bill payment. Click the Pay Your Bill Now button on the right or at the bottom of this page and follow the prompts to our secure bill payment portal. You will need to register your account with your Web ID printed on your bill above your mailing address, be sure to confirm your physical address before continuing. Once you are registered you will be able to view bills & payments made to your account or make payments in a variety of ways. You can also set up Auto Pay or Text & Pay. 

ACH Payment

The Town of Culbertson offers ACH Payment option. Also known as “direct payments,” ACH payments are a way to transfer money from one bank account to another. If you would like to set up your account for this service, please stop in our office with a completed ACH Authorization form and a voided check. 

Payment By Mail

If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your bill stub. To avoid late payments or shut off notice, please mail your payment at least five to seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.

Payment Drop-Off Location

You may pay your bill in person at our office address, or payment may be placed in our drop box located by the front entrance. We accept cash, check, or money orders.

Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay

Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
